The apartment is in a fabulous location with ocean views from every room.
The north facing balcony offers all-day sunshine with sunrise to sunset views encompassing the city skyline.
5 min walk to Maroubra beach, cafes and restaurants.
1min walk to coastal tracks including Malabar Headland National Park.
2min walk to shops, supermarket, local pub and bottleshop.
Bus stop to the city right outside.
Beautiful, quiet, safe and friendly area.
The house is filled with natural light and lots of plants. It's colourful and cosy yet spacious and is fully furnished and comes with everything you need in a home. Would suit someone with not a lot of stuff. The house is shared with just me.

I am a 39yr old Australian female who works in arts and events. I spend a lot of time out and about, at the beach mostly, but am home chilling out alot of the time these days too. I love to share a meal or a drink and have a chat on the balcony now and then. I like to keep a clean and tidy home and would love a friendly guest but also someone who understands personal space and can entertain and keep to themselves too.
