Quiet, safe and friendly area.
The house is filled with natural sunlight and lots of plants. It's cosy yet spacious and is fully furnished, (minus the available bedroom) and comes with everything you need in a home.

Ideally suitable for someone without a lot of stuff as the common areas are already fully furnished.

I enjoy relaxing at home, but I spend a lot of time out and about with friends or at the beach. I live an active and healthy lifestyle. I keep a really clean and tidy house and the apartment is in a quiet apartment complex so definitely not a party home.

I would love to share a meal or a wine with my roommate, or even enjoy an afternoon beach swim or coastal walk together, but I also enjoy my own space.
