We've got a large light filled room up for grabs for a male in our charming Maroubra mansion home, The Coop. We are a 15 min walk from Maroubra beach and an 8 min walk from Pacific Square shopping centre, with public transport at the end of the street. We are an eclectic assortment (25 - 32 year olds) of kind, generous and fun loving people; four girls, one guy and two dogs. The room we have available is generously sized, with a large sun facing window and extra large built in wardrobe.
The house is essentially a three bedroom house (where the free bedroom is located) with a two bedroom self-contained apartment above the garage.
We have a pretty decent sized backyard, and plenty of room for everyone to stretch out.
$350 per week, 6 months minimum (no short term stays)
Bills included (wifi, gas, electricity, water)
Bond is one month's rent.
Move in from mid-end June. Inspections from the 9th of June onwards :)
