Huge luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the heart of Maroubra Junction, boasting 2 balconies and expansive views over Sydney.
The smaller of the 3 rooms (which is still huge with a built in wardrobe - it’s the one with the blue suitcase in the photos) comes furnished with double bed and mattress, bedside units, desk and chair (optional). This room is currently available.
It shares the main bathroom with the second bedroom, occupied by Tim - a really positive, friendly, clean and respectful flatmate in his mid 20s, from The Netherlands, working here full time for a local engineering company. Tim is here until the end of August so the second bedroom is available from 1st September. It’s huge - the largest of the 3 rooms with its own wardrobe area and private balcony.
The 3rd room is an ensuite room and is occupied by Luke - who is 30 and from the UK and working full time in healthcare recruitment. Luke is easy going, personable and polite.
Underground, secure parking can be provided.
You walk into a massive open plan kitchen, dining and living space which opens out to an entertaining balcony with expansive views. The kitchen is well equipped with all essential appliances and crockery and has a large kitchen island for food prep. There’s a large 8-seater dining table and a generous living area with large leather sofas.
There’s a full, modern bathroom with bath and seperate shower and a separate large internal laundry room with washer, dryer and extra storage space.
2 weeks bond payable for 2 weeks notice when you wish to leave. All bills included in the rent.
