The second bedroom in this light-filled 2-bedroom apartment is becoming available again from August 1st. Located only 300m from the beach. The space is perfect for a plant-loving, clean-living, peaceful, and respectful individual who values a calm and restorative space at home. That could look like connecting through a shared meal and a movie night or individually snoozing in our own spaces.

What Im looking for:
- an ocean lover - extra stoke if you surf too ( there’s plenty of space in the room for boards and a desk )
- Those who prefer a low-tox lifestyle (conscious of excessive plastic use and waste, chemical products and scents)
- A considerate and peaceful flatmate who leaves the space clean and tidy for the household to enjoy.
- Extra stoke if you like music and the arts ✨
- Good communication and flatmate boundaries.
- Someone who can respect and appreciate an established living space and is happy to help maintain and making it a home. I’ve had the same setup for the past 10 years and value creating a comfortable, well-maintained and clean space we can all enjoy. Hopefully you ll love it too.

Room has private balcony over looking trees in park across the road - road can be a bit noisy. Very tolerable though.
The walk to the beach is a dream.
Plenty of street park - a bit less after peak hours but always something close by.

What you need to know:
Appartement unfit for smokers and pets unfortunately.
Like to keep to myself busy with my things but always super keen for an adventure or live music ✨
Rent is $480
Bills are $30 (electricity - internet - toilet paper and cleaning things)
I don’t own a TV but I’d love some help installing a projector for movies. I have the perfect set up for it.
