Two great sized, light and bright double bedrooms available in a fully furnished, modern, spacious air-conditioned 3 bedroom apartment with huge living area and balcony which is in a secure building with lift access. You’ll be sharing the apartment with Joff, a single Irish guy; a friendly, polite and respectful flatmate who is working full time.

Secure undercover parking space can be provided as an optional extra.

The bedrooms both have large built-in wardrobes with mirrored doors and their own air conditioning unit; and are both furnished with double beds and mattresses and some side furniture. The slightly larger room also has access to the main balcony which runs across the apartment. You would be sharing the main bathroom with one other room/person, as the master bedroom has its own ensuite.

This apartment is in a great location, just a couple of minutes walk from Pacific Square shopping centre and Maroubra Junction itself which includes an Aldi, Coles and plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants as well as bus stops to the city and rest of the Eastern Suburbs.
Maroubra Beach is a 30 minute walk or 10 minute bus away and Westfield Eastgardens either a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus away.
