Located in Maroubra junction, we are only 10 min walk to the beach, 10 min drive to the airport and 20 min bus to the city. Busses to the city are located directly outside our door. Coles & Aldi supermarket is a 1 minute walk. Our 2 bedroom 2 bathrom apartment is a duplex, my partner and I sleep downstairs. The spare room and living area is located upstairs as well as a large balcony. We recently redeveloped our apartment and it is very modern.
