Description of the home
Transport- there's a bus stop literally right outside our apartment building that goes to the city or to tram-lines making it super easy.
We also have a garage space if you do own a car. I do not therefore you could definitely use it.
Shopping- we live 15 minutes walk from eastgardens shopping centre. There's a bus option also, which takes a couple of minutes.
Restaurants/Bars- there are a couple of restaurants in the shopping centre and plenty of cafes. Maroubra junction is only a 15 minute walk also, in which has plenty of restaurants and bars.
Our apartment, we have a cosy sofa and a large tv, with a fire stick to watch Netflix etc. we have wifi and laundry. We also have a coffee machine and a dishwasher. We'll be sharing a bathroom, in which is perfect for 2 people.

A little about me, I'm a full time nurse that works in the city and I do work quite a lot of nights. Therefore someone who doesn't work from home would be ideal. I'm a fun, outgoing individual. Who absolutely loves spending time with friends, however having my own down time is also important. Going for walks, beach swims and an occasional drink is something I do like to do on my days off. I also like having a takeaway night on a Saturday night with a glass of wine to hand. I'm looking for someone with similar attributes.
