We’re renting out a gorgeous, fully furnished private room with its own large bathroom, right in the heart of Maroubra, 15-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to Coles, Aldi and Maroubra Shopping Centre. Express bus to the city is 30mins in peak time.
The room comes with a queen bed, a large wardrobe, and the apartment is fully equipped with everything you could need: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, 60" TV, NBN, and yes… forks, plates, knives — we’ve got it all 😂 You can literally move in with just your suitcase.

Ellie works full-time as an osteopath, and when she’s not treating her lovely patients, you’ll find her doing Pilates, at the gym, or soaking up the sun at the beach. Vlad is currently studying Data Analytics at UNSW, taking a break from the corporate world, and loves swimming and cooking delicious pasta in his free time.
We’re ideally looking for someone around a similar age who’s chill, friendly, and keen for the occasional drink, dinner, and good chat, while also being clean and respectful. We’d prefer long-term, but we’re open to discussion.
