If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is it. Great location near huge park, swimming pool, shops, beach and all transport. Room has access to your own large balcony and large bathroom. Lovely neighbours, quiet area. Furnished room with double bed - you can change the Manchester to suit your own taste. It would fit a queen or king, the room is quite large.

House has lots of light with large windows and is always comfortable and clean. Two storey duplex. Pets allowed. I try to keep the place neat and peaceful as I have a stressful job. Internal laundry which I do on weekend. I work most nights myself, after a day of work.

Non drinker preferred and definitely no parties. My home is my place of rest and joy. Seeking someone who is working full-time and over 35 please. Love to watch movies and a good laugh so enjoy great conversation.

Someone who is seeking a haven in a home instead of a busy place. I walk most morning and we are minutes from the beach and directly opposite a huge park and swimming pool.
I park in my garage but there is plenty of on-street parking.

Bills and expenses

Internet is $60 a month but I can include that in the rental. Electricity and water are separate. I am very conscious of keeping things turned off so we don't have high electricity bills.
