Wake up to the sound of the waves and live just 100m from the beautiful Maroubra Beach.

We are offering our large, sunny, furnished main bedroom with an attached sunroom/office in our welcoming and spacious home.

Our house is a ‘home’ rather than a standard share-house arrangement. We are a mixed household of different ages and nationalities, all professionals, down to earth, warm and respectful. We all get on really well and would love to welcome a like minded housemate to join us. We have a regular cleaner so the house is always organised and super clean.

There are numerous outdoor areas to enjoy as well as vege gardens, compost bins, and pets.

We are located 2 minutes walk to the beach, major bus stop and a variety of cafes and restaurants. You will also find lovely walks along the coastline and through the adjacent national park. A Westfield shopping complex as well as Pacific Square are located a few minutes drive away.

Bills and expenses

The rent is $550 including all utilities (gas, water, electricity, high speed Internet). We also all pay $50pw to cover the cleaner and everything we buy to run the household (including cleaning and laundry products, pest control, shared kitchen products, loo paper, etc). This keeps the household running smoothly & saves everyone a lot at the grocery store.

The house has been used as a film location and occasionally still is.

There’s no bond required but there is a $300 non-refundable deposit to hold the room, cover maintenance and end of stay clean. If this sounds good and you think you'd fit in, we look forward to hearing from you to arrange a viewing.
