The room is large, fits a king bed and has mirrored built ins and can be furnished or unfurnished. There is a garage available too since I don’t have a car. It’s a sunny cosy apartment with a balcony in a quiet friendly block, 10 minute walking distance to the library, cafes, bars, gyms ect.

About me: I’m in my late 30’s, and have lived in share houses all my adult life so respectful of peoples spaces ect. I work in media / production full time from home (desk is in the living room), very occasionally I’ll go into the office maybe once or twice a month and so would suit someone who doesn’t work from home. Also, I’m looking to upgrade the furniture in the future, so the dining table, fridge & couch so if you have those things I’d be happy to ditch mine. When I’m not working, I’m usually chilling, streaming bad reality shows or docos, cooking, reading and like to have a chat and chill out with flatmates but also have our own space. Outside of home I like to go to the gym, eat out with friends, travel, go to gigs, the beach, mini adventures, all the usual stuff!
