Description of the home

Our flatmate is moving in with his partner, so We have a big unfurnished room available in a large Marrickville share house, on a quiet backstreet, close to Newtown, Stanmore train station (15 min walk) , Marrickville Metro (10m walk)  and Annette Kellerman Aquatic Centre. (Down the street)

The house has 2 levels, a large sized kitchen, a common room with a shared TV and gaming consoles, and spacious green backyard for green thumbs, two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs (everyone has access to both), one of those has a bathtub and both have showers.

There is a central air conditioning system throughout the house.

The room is going for 400/week without bills included. The bills (water, gas and electricity) are split quarterly, and so is the Internet bill.

The room has a large private balcony.

The house is 4 bedrooms, so you will be sharing it with another 3 guys who have lived together before and have now acquired this amazing property.

Ivan (Croatian) - studies Software engineering at UNSW, spends his free time writing, playing games or hitting the gym ( or complaining about not doing it) and tending to the garden.

George (Aussie) - works in insurance, loves his games and makes great meat platters.

Ryan (British) - a busy marketing guy who loves his plants in the garden, anything valuable he can find on the street, and his Nintendo switch Pokémon.

We are looking for an honest friendly person who is willing to treat this place like home.

The house is LGBTQIA+ friendly (we are all part of it too 😊)
