Looking for a flatmate in Marrickville! Spacious room in a house, close to public transport, cafes(4 min walk to the center of Marrickville Road), and shops. Bills included. Short-term stay (May-October).
Real estate is aware I’m seeking a flatmate too.
15 min walk to Sydenham Station (and the Metro!) with many bus stops just minutes away. It’s also a 7 minute walk to Marrickville station but that’s closed for another 7 months or so.
Street parking is metered (2 hour limits), but it’s easy to find an all day spots nearby (2 min walk to home)
It’s a clean and comfortable rental — nothing fancy, but easy to feel at home. There’s a small weights room out the back for anyone who likes to exercise. The kitchen is new and modern, the bathroom has its original tiles (70s flare!) with a recently updated toilet and shower.
