Well, this is prime for anyone who loves Marrickville and surrounds.

On our doorstep, the Metro shopping centre, buses to the city, Dully and the station is a 20 minute walk if you don't want to bus. Cafe right underneath us, pubs...

We're opposite Enmore park, so pool and picnics await.
LGBTQI friendly, or as my late grandma would say, bacon-lettuce-sammich.

Bills split evenly, I try be conservative with a dad who always goes on about switching lights off when not in the room.
Internet, monthly and gas and elec is quarterly.

I usually have a cleaner come in fortnightly because it's a pretty big place, but I am personally extremely tidy and houseproud.

I go ok with baking if I'm being modest.
I love music, and have a fairly decent vinyl collection, but it kinda sits in crates and I'm too lazy to mix. Heck, there is no mixer.
Not a party house mind you, but I will respect you if you choose to kick on elsewhere and not in the house.

I work 9-5pm in the CBD and 3 day WFH.
I do some weekend work, so I'm not likely to be up early ever on the Saturday or Sunday and like a bit of quiet then :)

Sadly no pets, but big fan of them. Permission is needed from strata, despite the laws here allowing it. I have to admit I don't love poodles/cavoodles that much. Wieners or Corgis will put you to the front of the queue though.
