It is pet friendly if you too have a cat, but ya MUST like cats! You will be sharing with myself and my 2 shy but friendly kitties. **3 months minimum, dependent on cat/housemate compatibility, if successful then ongoing.** Close to transport, Woolworths, cafes, restaurants and Cooks River. 15 mins drive to ENMORE/NEWTOWN. 25 mins or less to BROADWAY. 5 minute drive to Marrickville town centre. Plenty of off street parking, external shared laundry with use of washing machine (no charge). Gas cooker, microwave, bath tub, dishwasher. If you are looking for a simple, clean, humble, practical, safe and peaceful abode, you've got the right place. Male or female is ok.

My name is Rosie, (F54) with 2 short haired cats, Domingo (M) 9 yrs and Sissy (F) 17 yrs. I am friendly, honest, who is up for a chat and sharing a cuppa. As for the cats, both cats are used to other cats, with slow introduction. I am currently not working due to work place injury (recent knee replacement) and normally spend time in my bedroom online or chilling. I do remain respectful of space and privacy. Looking for someone who has a lot busier lifestyle than myself, because I can't have right now at this time. I am looking for someone who is a responsible pet owner IF you come with your own cat, but also happy to help with your cat if you are busy some days or need to go away short term.

Seeking someone who is a RESPONSIBLE pet owner, someone who HAS experience living with others before. Mature outlook, KNOWS how to live with others, courteous of space and privacy and respects etiquette, pays rent on time and is mindful of water and electricity use. By all means drink socially, but have learnt my lesson, that it does not work out well when housemates are drinking from home.. regularly, ongoing, every night. Def not a party house, but somewhere to be safe, with peaceful, stable environment and consistency.
Description of pets
2 darling cats. One old golden girl, Sissy17 year old who sleeps most of the day. One friendly boy, Domingo 9 year old, who is keen to have a play mate. I do have a pet stroller to take them out most days for a break. My boy is used to walking on a lead also. I try to provide quality of life, due to indoor living.
