🏡 About the home
- This is a lovely, well-kept, light-filled and cosy 2 bedder in a quiet block off the street, away from noise and traffic.
- There's a shared outdoor pool in the complex where you'll usually find me in the hotter months.
- I've lived at the property for almost 3 years, so it's filled out with everything you need.
- The apartment is well-maintained with fly screens, air conditioning and a dishwasher (plus many other random gadgets I've accumulated along the way)
- We're a 1-2 minute walk away from the 412 bus stop, and the replacement bus which gets you to Sydenham Metro Station. The Dulwich Hill Metro is due to be completed in the second half of this year and is a 5 minute walk. The light rail is also a 5 minute walk from the house.
- We've got a few cafes and restaurants just a few minutes walk away, and are closely situated to Illawara and Marrickville road, which has plenty of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, op shops, gyms and bars.
- We’re a two minute walk to Marrickville Golf Course, which has a beautiful walk along the Cooks River and a great pub with good food and cheap drinks.
📒A few other notes:
- I see my home as my sanctuary, so I’m looking for someone who also values a relaxed, respectful home environment. Totally fine with friends visiting, but ideally not a constant stream of people in and out of the house.
- I’m allergic to cats and dogs, so unfortunately it’s a deal breaker for full-time pets :( Occasional dog sitting is totally fine, I just wouldn’t be able to handle that full-time.
- I’m looking for someone who is clean and tidy and respectful of shared spaces.

I work mostly from home, but have an office in the city that I'm able to go to as little or as much as I'd like, so happy to work around you as needed.
I love a board game, trivia and wine night with deep chats and lots of giggles. I'm not much of a partier and prefer to relax at home where possible.
Bonus points if you’re into board games, trivia, Love Island, and the occasional wine night.
