Room available in Marrickville, two minutes walk to local buses, ten minutes walk to the Metro station and five minutes walk to Woolies. Photos are currently from the real estate, I need to update them when my ex-fiancee moves her stuff. There is a car space that my neighbour uses, rent will be $310 if you wish to use it. I also have an indoor only cat who is very friendly, but you must be really careful about her not getting outside.

The room has a big built in wardrobe and has been functioning as an office for the past year. The bathroom is shared and has a large bathtub.

You will be on the lease, bills will be split as they come. I'm happy to discuss baking predictable bills into your rent.

I don't think I'll be keeping the TV and my PC/desk will probably have to be in the living room. The other common furniture is all already here. There is a shared laundry.

I'll probably edit this listing as things come up, this has been extremely sudden and I'm just getting the listing out there because I'll be needing someone soon.

I'm Alex (they/them), I'm 27 and in need of a roommate :)

I have rented with flatmates in the past and have been living here for the past year with my now-ex. I work 7am-5pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays as a medical secretary and live with my cat. I'm looking for someone quiet and respectful, and someone who works or typically has plans on weekends and Wednesdays would be ideal. I like arts and crafts and generally relaxing at home and the occasional night out. I'd be open to sharing meals as well as board games, movie nights and hangouts :) I am a casual smoker, no smoking indoors obviously and I'd prefer no vaping inside as I'm trying to quit.

On my work days I leave the house at 6am - it may be something to keep in mind that I need to get up at around 5:30am and sometimes need to use the hair dryer (I don't shower in the morning though).
Compatible people
Someone tidy, quiet and preferably working/studying on Wednesdays. If you like to cook, that's a bonus!

I also prefer no pets, I am not open to dogs and I'd be picky about cats.
