Description of the home

I’m looking for two friendly and respectful housemates to join me in my spacious townhouse in Marsfield. The home is located in a quiet, gated community with friendly neighbours and plenty of greenery.

Great Location

* 10-minute walk to Macquarie Centre

* 12–20 minute walk to Macquarie University
* Around 20 minutes by Metro to Sydney CBD

Multiple bus routes (288, 293, 517, and 518) stop right outside the complex and travel directly to Macquarie University, Macquarie Centre, the CBD, and surrounding suburbs. Perfect for students or professionals working in the area.

The House

The townhouse is spread over two levels and includes:

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and appliances, as I enjoy cooking and am happy for everyone to make use of them.

Outside is a peaceful backyard with a lounge area, BBQ space, and plenty of shade—perfect for relaxing after work or uni.

Two unfurnished bedrooms are available upstairs.

Both rooms:

* Lockable doors
* Suitable for a double or king single bed plus desk

Bedroom 1 includes a built-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 comes with a standalone wardrobe.

The two rooms share a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, large vanity, and plenty of storage.
