Welcome to our bright, peaceful 3-bedroom apartment in Marsfield, just a short walk from Macquarie Uni!

It's in a really convenient spot, with a bus stop right out the front, the metro close by, and Macquarie Centre quick and easy to get to. Right next door there's a large oval and a horse paddock, where you pat the friendly horses.

The apartment is double brick, so it's very quiet with basically no road noise. Every window looks out onto lush greenery, and the carpet and wall paint are brand new, so everything feels fresh and clean.

The room is ready to move straight into, with a queen bed, wardrobe and storage. My boyfriend and I have our own bathroom, so you'd only share yours with one other flatmate. It has both a bath and a separate shower, and the toilet is separate from the bathroom, which makes busy mornings much easier. Every door has a lock if you'd like extra privacy.

The home is fully set up with everything you need, including all kitchen appliances and utensils, a coffee machine and more. There's also a laundry room in the unit with a washing machine and dryer, so you won't need to bring much at all.
