Both No.1 and No.2 rooms are brilliant. Although No.3 room is small, it is good enough for a full time worker or student to get a part job as well. For your convenience the inspection can be arranged in advance by calling or text Charlie. This white apartment is in the middle of many 5 or 4 star hotels such as Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, Pullman, Stamford Hotel, Travelodge and IBIS etc. With train and buses finish at 1am and start at 5am. A supermarket downstairs with Bus 350 you can go directly to the Maroubra, Coogee and/or Bondi beaches. There is a Woolworth supermarket which is opposite the Mascot Train Station. The train will take you to the Central Station, City CBD, Financial Center, Townhall and Opera House, etc. There are plenty of jobs in the 2 airports, Mascot Station, Botany Road and Botany Container Terminal wharves with much higher hour rate. Transport is quite convenient for a late night or weekend overtime worker to live here. Because the T8-train and buses usually are finishing at 1-2am and starting at 5am.

Bills are Including electricity, hot water gas, council rates and fresh water, as well as shared kitchen cooking pans, brushes, towels, forks, knifes, plates, hand cleaner, dish washing liquid, laundry powder, toilet paper are all free to use. And if necessary a cleaned pillow, pillow case, bed sheet, blanket, quilt and etc. can also be provided. Also including the strata fees which are the public area corridor’s cleaning and the lift maintenance fees, etc. All the said bills are average about $25 a week are now all included in the rent.

About occupants
Although there are 4 or 5 people in this apartment, it is usually very quiet and you will see nobody. Because everyone is busy with a full or 2 part time jobs so as to earn more money. Student can study hard at home, in the uni or at the Mascot library nearby. I will try my best to help your stay is safe and comfortable. FYI there was a junior doctor Daniel at Room1, he has lived here 18 months ago since he was an UNSW student and because he has been assigned as a training doctor at Liverpool Hospital it is too far. A Mexican student Ulisis is not only a student but also he gets a full time job in the Pullman Hotel, he has already stayed here more than 3 years. Andrew Wright is a full time worker working for Alsco Australia a fixed early morning shift nearby and Bill works for Qantas Cabin Supply in the afternoon shift. Everyone is very happy of staying here.
