Brilliant private room2 with door lock, walk in wardrobe and your own balcony is good for BBQ, coffee and drinks. Room3 is small but handy and good enough if you don't have many luggages. Both are now available for inspection 3-7pm every day. This is a white apartment, in the middle of many 5 star hotels such as Holiday Inn, Pullman and Stamford Hotel, etc. with many buses around. A convenience store downstairs with Bus 350 you can go directly to the Maroubra, Coogee or Bondi beaches. The Woolworth supermarket is opposite the Mascot Train Station and the train will take you to city 8 minutes Opera House and Harbor Bridge 15 minutes. More opportunities to get a job in the city, Mascot Station, Botany Road and Wharves Container Terminal or at the International/Domestic Airports. FYI you can easily get a full time job plus a weekend part job here because the train and buses finish after 1am.

Electricity, gas, water, internet, hand cleaner, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, toilet paper and if you require bed sheet, blanket, etc. aslo including shared strata public area corridor cleaning and lift, etc. All bills are now together $25/per week
