Description of the home

Hey everyone! A room has recently opened up in my 3 bedroom apartment that I’m looking to sublet to the right girl!

We’re in a great area in Mascot, walking distance to the train station and Mascot Central (Woolworths, cafes, GP, chemist). 8 minute drive to Westfield Eastgardens or a short bus trip with the bus stop right outside our building. There is plenty of parking available for our building as well. We also have a gym, pool and sauna as well as courtyard and BBQ areas.

Ideally I would love someone who respects everyone’s space and our need to keep the communal areas and own room clean. You’d be living with two girls in the apartment, sharing a bathroom with one of them!

The apartment / complex includes the following:

- Electricity, gas and water is paid quarterly divide by the three tenants in the apartment, overall it is quite inexpensive
