I am 43 years of age & live with my family (wife and 2 teenage kids) in Brisbane QLD. I'm employed fulltime as an airline Captain which requires me to be based in Sydney. Since I start early mornings I need somewhere to sleep the night before (hence buying this unit).
I have a separated bedroom and ensuite area downstairs. I would only be using the kitchen upstairs occasionally because on average I would only spend a maximum of 8 (typically 2-6) nights per month in the unit
