Room available in a fully furnished house. Room can come furnished or bring your own. Built-in wardrobe, decorative mantel. Internet and TV included. Outdoor pool and patio. Part covered, part open. House is all quite freshly renovated. We will only be moving in on the 16th of October so opportunity to get settled all together. We are 10 minutes from Maroubra, Malabar and Little Bay Beaches. Close to public transport with easy access to the CBD from Mascot Station
The back of the house sits on a laneway which also has the entrance to arcade style shopping. Walking distance to cafes, shops etc.

About occupants
You’ll be living with three sociable housemates who all get along really well. Prue (22) works full-time as a teacher, plays rugby league and stays pretty active. Sam’s (25) a full-time apprentice electrician who’s into music and catching gigs with his friends. Toby (24), is also a full-time sparkie, easygoing and friendly. We’re a close, respectful house that enjoys a chat, a laugh and the occasional bev and a good boogie, but everyone works full-time, so it stays balanced.
Compatible people
We’re looking for someone who wants to join in on the fun! Hopefully friends rather than just roommates. We love a drink and some living room karaoke and want someone easy going. Looking for someone tidy and proactive as we are all people who will simply do something when we see it needs doing rather than scheduling chores, etc.
Description of pets
You’ll also meet our two dogs. Toby, a long-haired mini dachshund with a beautiful nature, super friendly and active. Bindi, a border collie cross, full of energy and sweet as can be. They mostly stay outside during the day, come in at night, and are well behaved and easy to live with.
