Description of the home
The "Combles Casa" is seeking a subletter who wants to live in a friendly and respectably social 3-bdroom, 3 toilet, Matraville home. We are queer friendly and also have a cat.
Be near the Maroubra and Kensington hubs, without the hustle! We are located in a quiet, closed gate neighbourhood.
You´ll also be able to access the city easily whilst still being close to the ocean!
THE ROOM
Fully furnished warm double Koala bed, with built in wardrobe and a desk that looks out to the backyard.
THE HOME
Our home has a backyard we like to hang out in and chill on sunny days. There´s a full gas kitchen, and plenty of fridge space as everyone enjoys a good home cooked meal. Occasionally, when we can find the time (once every few weeks) we share a wine and dinner together and probably have a record playing in the background.
One of my housemates is a film nerd (he´s an editor) so we have a state of the art home cinema room with most of the streaming channels, where you can get cosy under the blankets on our comfy spacious lounges.
Plenty of free street parking!

Introducing my lovely housemates!
KAREN
I´m 27, originally from Brazil but in Australia for the past 8 years (I´m a a duel citizen), work full time as a disability/aged care support worker. Some of my interests include going to the gym, travelling, reading and hanging out with friends. I can be quite social but not the type who throws house parties/have people over all the time.
ALEX
I´m 36, freelance video editor, usually working from an office in Ultimo. I enjoy travel, yoga, hiking, going to the cinema and live music gigs. I speak rusty Japanese and I am an aspiring beach bum (learning to surf!). I am 90% vegetarian these days and only cook vegetarian at home - but I have no problem with my flatmates cooking meat. I like to share the occasional meal together.
MISS GENTLY
I´m a 6 year old tabby cat and am super affectionate. I like to spend my day outdoors but without fail, return home just in time for dinner. I rarely use my indoor litter tray, and very clean, but on the off day I do (e.g. when its pouring rain all day) my slave owner always cleans it as soon as possible.
I consider myself a very clean and tidy person with common spaces, sociable and respectful with the people who live with me. My housemates are very similar to me, that is why from the first day we get along well and together we form a nice house to live in and share.
