Top-floor 2-bedroom unit in the heart of Matraville. The unit is modern and spacious, with a large balcony with sunset views. We're on the top floor with no buildings blocking our outlook, and while we can see the airport, there's no airplane noise.
The location is super convenient: Woolies, a bottle shop, café, restaurant, and pharmacy are literally downstairs. Plus, it’s just a short walk to parks, bus stops, and other local shops. Only 5 minutes driving to Maroubra Beach.
The bedrooms get the morning sun and the living room the afternoon sun.
You'll be sharing with only one other person (and a dog).
