3 Furnished rooms avail in a large share house moments from McMahons Pt Ferry and a 10 min walk to Nth Sydney Station.

The first room is very small and is literally the size of a queen bed. The bed is quite high, so there is plenty of storage below. It’s $165pw plus $25pw for bills and $10pw for a cleaner, so $200pw altogether. Apart from being small this room is also cut off from the rest of the house and you need to walk up the hill to access the kitchen and bathroom, but for $200pw including bills its a private and cheap option. The room is avail now.

The second room is a garden studio and features 3 levels, 2 Queen beds and one Double bed so it would suit one person, or two or three friends looking to save money. Apart from the beds it comes furnished with a set of drawers and a recliner. It’s $265pw for one person, plus $25pw for bills and $10pw for a cleaner, so $300pw altogether. For two people its an extra $100pw, or $400pw altogether. For 3 people its another $100, or $500pw altogether.

The rest of the house features an old, but functional kitchen and bathroom and an outdoor eating area.

The house is shared with 3 other flatmates, we are currently Franklin 28 from Nigeria, works in construction, Natsuki 25 from Japan, Student and Xie 27 from China, works in finance.
