Beautiful big house sharing with one person only - you'd get your own big bedroom, huge office to WFH or use for extra storage, a car space and the pleasure of living in a house with outdoor space, not an apartment. Rent can be reduced slightly if you don’t need the car space.

Looking for a respectful professional to share a beautiful and spacious house with just me in McMahons Point. It would be two of us in the house only.

You would have your own:
- large bedroom (with big built in wardrobe)
- large office room (or use it for extra storage or your own private living room!)
- car space

The house has a lovely back garden and is extremely well located, just a short stroll from the train, ferry and the bush.

It has 1 bathroom (with bath) that we would share, and 1 separate powder room/toilet room too. Great big kitchen, and spread over three levels - we wouldn't be in each other's hair.

Must contribute to household duties such as cleaning, or contribute to a cleaner's fortnightly fee.

Would prefer a female flatmate probably 30+ who has an active lifestyle, prefers to entertain outside the house, sees home as as a place of sanctuary and serenity, and is invested in their career, as I am.
