Hi, I’m renting out my furnished room from May 31st to July 5th (give or take a few days)!!
The apartment is a 5min walk from the train station and less to the ferry (which regularly runs ferrys to the city) and is shared with my beautiful friend Tane (24, he works in event management, absolute angel of a housemate). The area has a tonnnne of gorgeous walkways and parklands nearby to explore and is such a lovely pocket of Sydney!

Now for the nitty gritty details:
• Rent is $235pw bills included.
• Room is available from Saturday the 31st of May to Sunday the 6th of July – ideally you will stay for the entire duration of time but happy to discuss alternative arrangements.
• House includes a plant filled balcony, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, plus a furnished room with a big built-in wardrobe!
• You will have bathroom essentially to yourself because there is only you and Tane in the apartment and he has an en-suite.
• Some of my personal belongings will be stored in the room under the bed and at the top of the wardrobe.
