I’m looking for someone to join me in a lovely 2-bedroom apartment in Meadowbank. The apartment is modern, well-maintained, and filled with natural light. It’s in a super convenient location — just a short walk to Meadowbank Station, the riverside, local cafés, grocery stores and bus/ferry connections. It’s a quiet, safe neighbourhood with everything you need close by.

Rent: $420 per week (bills not included)

Bond: 4 weeks’ rent

Your room is the second bedroom with your own private bathroom — a rare find! The room includes a built-in wardrobe, great natural light, and enough space for a desk. The apartment itself has a spacious living area, a good-sized balcony, internal laundry and a fully equipped kitchen.

I’m Sofia – 27, working in IT as a Technical Delivery Consultant. I’m clean, respectful, easygoing, and enjoy a calm, tidy home. I keep busy with work, the gym, and catching up with friends but I also enjoy my downtime.

About you:

I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate, organised and respectful of shared spaces. Someone with a similar lifestyle who appreciates a peaceful and comfortable home.
