2 rooms available now fully furnished room and house…. March 2026. It's my house but I'm not living there atm - My son Braedyn is in charge in my absence. The house has kind respectful people living there and all get along so well. They are social friendly and helpful. It's a very spacious 2 storey home in Middle Cove close to buses. A pool room upstairs, huge garden with fish ponds. Lovely large outdoor deck and paved area, very private. Downstairs n upstairs bathrooms, plus 3rd separate toilet.. New oven, washing machine, dishwasher. Street parking available in cul de sac up the back. Newest Woolworths around the nearest corner, close to Chatswood. Close to the City (12 minutes on the 270 or 271). Eastern Valley Way Fitness First Platinum, 24hr fitness and VT1 all super close. Tennis Cove 5 minute walk away. Easy access to city bus a 2 minute walk away then 12 minutes to city. Chatswood bus a 5 minute walk away, then 10 mins to Chatswood. Some of the photos say occupied or not but I haven't had time to update those captions so please disregard the captions for now.

There are many places to be here to eat or just relax, masses of decking and paving outside in the sun or covered. There's a sunroom with 2 lounges in it a huge room upstairs with the pool table and sofas. The lounge and dining room downstairs is off the kitchen and there's also a large outdoor dining table for 8 under cover outside you can use as well.
Music is often playing outside and it's a beautiful, relaxing backyard.
Good people, kind, friendly and good natured. Relaxed and easy going.
