Harbour-view room in Milsons Point - $550 per week, bills included

Enjoy Sydney Harbour and Harbour Bridge views from your bedroom in our spacious three-bedroom apartment in Port Jackson Towers.

The room has large built-in wardrobes and comes furnished, with the option to bring your own furniture if preferred. You’ll share the main bathroom with just one other flatmate, as the main bedroom has its own ensuite.

The apartment offers:

* A spacious shared living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop.
* Access to the building’s indoor pool, gym and sauna.
* Unlimited high-speed internet, all household bills and a fortnightly cleaner included in the rent.
* A convenient location, around five minutes’ walk to Milsons Point Station, the ferry near Luna Park and nearby bus stops. You can also walk across the Harbour Bridge to The Rocks.
* Optional secure parking for an additional $50 per week.

You’ll be sharing with a friendly couple in their 40s and a male flatmate. We’re easygoing and enjoy a relaxed, tidy home where everyone can feel comfortable and have their own space. We’re looking for someone considerate who would enjoy a similar atmosphere. The home is non-smoking.
