Situated close to the heart of Miranda and a 6 minute walk to Westfield and Miranda train station the apartment is in a quiet block of flats with a lovely aspect surrounded by trees and a short drive to the ocean at Cronulla. Coles, Aldi and Woolworths are all a 5 minute walk away.
There's also quick and easy access to roads to get to the city (30 mins at non peak times or 45 mins at rush hour) or to local suburbs.
I'm renting out one of the two spare rooms. with its own bathroom and toilet. It's a quiet rear facing bedroom. There's plenty of storage both in the room with a large built in wardrobe and other areas of storage in the hallway and additional rooms.

I love all things soccer (football - I'm British!), music related and enjoy getting out and about and exploring new places, hiking etc as well as socialising with friends and watching great movies and the occasional TV series. I’m away for work quite often and tend to either work from home or in the city when I'm in Sydney.
My friends would say I'm relaxed, laid back, down to earth, considerate, compassionate and kind and am curious about people and the world and want to get as much out of life as possible!.
