With the cost of living being what it is, I'm looking to vacate from my 2 bedroom apartment and meet a single person who'd be interested in teaming up to rent a nice 2 or 3 bedroom home together in the Shire.

The idea would be to find a quality place around the $800-$1,000 per week and split the rent and household expenses 50/50. Having a third bedroom would give us some extra space for guests, a home office, and just a bit more room.

I work full-time in real estate and enjoy a living a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy going to the gym, walking my dog, cooking, catching up with friends, or a quiet night at home. My dog is my baby, so you must be a being a dog lover! Riot is a pocket bully, he is house trained, very sweet and friendly. He loves to cuddle, eat & sleep all day lol

I'm social and enjoy having a chat, sharing a meal, or relaxing with a cocktail after a long day, but I also appreciate personal space and downtime.

I'm very house-proud, clean, and organized, and I'd love to find someone who is the same. I already have furniture to set up the home, so all we'd need to do is find the right place.
