Think of this an apartment (3 rooms and balcony rented privately), within an apartment as total apartment is 17 rooms.
Two large private rooms (one bedroom, one sitting room or office) and a private bathroom to be rented (together as a seperate area) with harbour/city views, balcony and heated outdoor spa. 11 minutes from the city and beautiful area.
It’s like a whole apartment within another apartment.
The private rooms are unfurnished apart from large built-in wardrobes and is suitable for a king-sized bed, desk and office or sitting room.

SHARED COMMON AREAS
Include: an additional bathroom, kitchen, lounge room, entertainment area, study, dining room, gym, 3 balconies, laundry.
Multi-million-dollar views of the greatest harbour in the world, with wrap-around balconies (x3)! This is a beautiful spot to be in overlooking Mosman Bay, Mosman Rowers and the Sydney Harbour skyline.
The house is a 15-minute walk to the local cafes/shops. Transport to the City (11 mins) and South Mosman Ferry is a 1-minute walk.
The fully equipped kitchen is open-plan with a large breakfast island, two refrigerators and lots of cupboard space. The largest of 3 balconies is the perfect spot for an afternoon BBQ on our 4-burner stainless steel barbie.
The lounge area has a large plasma TV, entertainment system, and an entertaining area which opens directly onto a sunny balcony with jaw-dropping views.
Off the living room is the dining room with a designer 6 seater dining room table and the study/library.
The internal laundry is fully equipped and we have outdoor clotheslines.
Wi-Fi; bills (gas, electricity, cleaner) are shared and are extra. There is a close on-street parking lot with easy parking.
The surrounding garden areas are manicured and well kept.
I am a down-to-earth professional who enjoys relaxing and chatting over a glass of wine, but have a full life so not home that often. I am are looking for a like-minded person who is sociable; a non-smoker, no pets who is easy-going, clean and tidy, reliable and respectful. You can expect the home life to be quiet most of the time.
