You can have your own fridge as there is a spare in the garage which is accessible from inside the home. You're also free to use the garage space. The bedroom has a lock for privacy although the kids are generally respectful and won't go in there uninvited anyway.

Description of pets
There are 5 outdoor cats that aren't much of a hastle, they may want to sit on your car though haha, and we have a dog named tilly, she is black with white paws, belly and tip of her tail, she is very friendly and playful. Has never bitten anyone as my 3 year old harrasses her every day and she's very tolerant of her. Tilly is a medium build.
