Home Description
Description of the home
The apartment is north-facing with a private outlook over Naremburn Park and surrounding suburbs. The large windows throughout the apartment mean an abundance of light all year round.
A 5 minute walk from Royal North Shore Hospital for those working in health, while a quiet 10 minute walk from St Leonards for those needing to access the train line.
4 minutes in the car will get you to all the grocery stores/bars/restaurants in Crows Nest, with Naremburn and Cammeray shops also very closely located.
The room itself is the Master room. It's north-facing, with large built-in wardrobes and space for a wfh desk.
The apartment is on the top floor of a small block of 8 where all the residents know each other and getting along really well. You'll find it has a very large community feel which is great to be part of.
The apartment is recently renovated with air-con for the hot days and gas heating for when it gets cold. There's also heaps of off-street parking, with the ability to get a council permit ($60 per annum) to park right outside the block without fearing the rangers.
The apartment excluding the master room is fully-furnished as is and includes a large SmartTV, high speed wifi is also included so you won't need to worry about that. Electricity/gas bills to be shared.

I've grown up on the north shore, the past 6 years being based around the Lower North Shore.
I love living in Naremburn, the suburb is leafy and quiet in nature, the apartment itself being right beside a park while being super close to the shops/bars/restaurants in Crows Nest, and in walking distance of city bound buses and trains at St Leonards.
I'm quite active in nature, enjoying a combination of gym as well as going for a cycle, run and swim on the weekends.
I'm currently splitting my work time about 50/50 between home and the office, although this will most likely change moving forward.
Looking for a house mate who similarly appreciates a clean home and is up for a chat/drink where the opportunity allows, while also respecting each other's need for down-time.
