My flatmate is going for new adventures and I’m looking for a new roomie to join our 2 bedroom apartment in Neutral Bay. The apartment is very much our home, we love living here.
Our light filled apartment is located in Neutral Bay with views of North Sydney. It’s in a convenient location - we’re a 15 minute walk to Neutral Bay Junction, close to shops, Woolies, walks and pubs, a 10 minute drive to Balmoral Beach and a 15 minute bus into the city.
The room is $350 a week, exc bills. Your room comes fully furnished with a queen sized bed, bedside table, computer desk (if you have your own furniture we can talk about it too), and the biggest wardrobe space a girl could dream of! We have a big kitchen, internal laundry and plenty of street parking if you have a car.
The apartment is fully furnished, so leave your worries at the door - just bring along your own bedding and towels. Plant lovers are a bonus.

I work full time in an office and like to socialise with friends, beach, gym, walks.
I love meeting new people and places
I don't smoke and prefer to keep my living space clean and tidy. Respect is key in any shared space, so you can count on me to be considerate of others.
I would like someone who is looking to stay at least for 6 months but would love even more if you are looking for longer stay in the same place.
I'm a social person, but I also need my alone time. I want my house to be a place where I can have people over, but not a place that's constantly full of people. I'm open to the idea of my roommates hosting small gatherings - I would just like to know about these ahead of time. I'm down to get to know each other; I'm not saying we have to be best friends, but I would like to do things like occasionally watch TV together and host cookouts for friends. If you're not open to the idea of sharing a meal together every once in a while, we're probably not a good fit.
