Description of the home
Three bedroom apartment shared with two others (me). I am never here 7 nights a week and my 25 year old son who works locally in the marine industry. I am quite busy and spend nights away from the apartment each week at my partner's home. It is a very well-maintained block. Walk up to second level - only two apartments per floor with great neighbours - private people - no nosey parkers. Older style not-renovated apartment with daggy kitchen and bathroom but high ceilings, brimming with sunshine and great vibe - we also enjoy a cooling summer breeze straight off the water. It's a corner apartment so we have windows and natural light from three sides.
Large living area with sep dining room. Modern decor. Fully equipped but no dishwasher (hands on here - gloves provided)..... Internal laundry and two bathrooms - the larger would be yours to share with my son. A good-sized covered balcony off living with BBQ and close water views perfect for a summer snag and a chilled cider. The complex has a large swimming pool.
Sought-after block in great locale close walk to local shops, The Newport pub, bus transport, parks, RPAYC, RMYC (pick-up bus) and an easy level walk to Newport shopping village and beach. Easy street parking

Bills and expenses
Electicity is included unless it is a ridiculous bill or you shower 4 times a day.....There is a landline... I think... I don't use it. Happy for food to be separate with staples (cleaning provided) - negotiable / fair and reasonable. Internet NBN and streaming services - (there are many) - included in rent.

I am not a huge party person, however, I can and do when required, I have a good social network and get out and about. I love to snow ski, paddle, hike and I am trying to get my fitness back having had a very active and competitive lifestyle. I love to cook, I sometimes binge bad TV and have a really broad range of music in my mix. I am neat and tidy but not a tyrant, I talk a lot or not. I am relaxed and easy-going but don't take kindly to miserly people who are glass-half-empty. I am not looking for someone who plans to party hard or bring randoms home. I have a partner and spend several nights a week at his home and we travel a LOT and are very social.
I read the Sunday papers, listen to audible or podcasts on my way to work, ride a scooter and cheat on crosswords. I have recently starting doing jigsaw puzzles... but cool ones not flower pots or churches.... I am now a #jigger but please don't judge me... they are actually kinda fun. I kill plants but it's manslaughter not murder. Getting a flatmate at this age was not my plan but hey %^&* happens right ? Everything in moderation,,,,, even moderation. Thanks for reading.
