Friendly and chill home with lovely gardens on Gadigal Land in Newtown. Current housemate (now friend) is moving interstate. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and we are looking to sharing it with one more which means there will be an office and a guest room/second office - all to be shared.
