​The Room & House
​I am renting out the front room of my terrace in Newtown. The room is available for a short-term stay of 2 to 3 months.

​The House: Classic Newtown terrace. You will have access to living room, kitchen, courtyard, washing machine and dryer.

​The Location: Excellent spot. Quiet street but walking distance to King Street, Newtown Station (approx. 7 mins), and Camperdown Memorial Rest Park.

​The Household
​You will be sharing with the owner (me).
​About me: I am a 46-year-old professional. I keep a fairly structured routine with work and training. I value a quiet, tidy home during the week.

The vibe: This is a respectful share house, not a party house. I’m looking for someone independent who has their own life but is easy to get along with.

​The Ideal Flatmate
​Looking for a guy who is:
​Employed and financially reliable.
​Clean and tidy (actually cleans up after themselves).
​Happy with a short-term arrangement (perfect for someone between leases or new to Sydney).
​Non-smoker preferred.
