Description of the home
"The nicest house I've ever seen." - My friend Kat, June 2022
Top location: 5-6 mins walk to Macdonaldtown station (4 mins if you're late and jogging), 5 mins walk from King St (for restaurants and buses), 15 mins walk to Sydney Uni, 17 mins to Redfern station. Great for CBD, RPA, USyd.
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Large granite kitchen and large open plan sitting/dining room. The downstairs is fully furnished and kitted out (with fridge, washing machine, sofas, TV etc), or we can work out something about you bringing your own. Can create a cosy vibe in the evening with soft lighting and candles etc.
We've already used up the allocated council parking permits, but there are always on-street parking spaces.

Mish has been in the house for 3 years, 40, is an airline pilot, and between shifts you'll probably find her in the gym twice per day, watching the news, or discovering a cool new place to eat.
Our ideal housemate would be a woman in their 30s, but we are definitely happy to break that mould for the right person - late-twenties Tim has been a gem to live with (he's now moving in with his girlfriend after 3 years living with us).
Landlord's rules mean we can't take couples or pets.
