The property features 2 Bedrooms (1 Master, 1 Smaller) and a dual-zone shared living space. Bedroom is 2.8 x 4.45m. It fits a Queen bed with space leftover, pictured is a spare single bed.
Apartment has an open plan main living area, kitchen, with large living room beside the balcony and a smaller alcove.
There are five rooms in total, because the bathroom is a separated smaller toilet room and large full size bathroom with separate bath and shower. Very easy to share.
Very central to Newtown, 2-5 minutes to King Street or the Train Station
Happy to give you dedicated space for out-of-bedroom hobbies, desk, or gear setup in the open living area. The apartment is quite flexible for two people. My setup right now is that I occupy the smaller bedroom and the alcove space.

I'm keen to do inspections and meet ups on either the Saturday or Sunday each week that the room is available

I don't really watch TV, so all yours.
I love listening to music, so often you'll find me chilling on the net with headphones on. I love creative pursuits like, drawing, design, and writing. I'm learning Spanish (at B1) and working on a handful of creative/tech projects for myself and work.
I confuse people because I sound completely Australian, but I actually migrated here as an infant.
Note on pets: I’m thinking about a cat or kitten if you're open to applying once things are settled?
Respectful and clean in shared areas.
Gets around by bike or appreciates bike culture and probably cycled past this week. Non bike people still fully welcome of course!
