I need to return to my home country urgently, so I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my lease.

The location is excellent, and the rent is very reasonable for two people.

The rent is AUD 500 per week, and all bills are included, so there are no extra costs.

The house has five bedrooms. Cleaning is shared between the tenants, so each room is responsible for cleaning once every five weeks. You have an entire week to complete your cleaning, so there is no strict time pressure.

Two of the bedrooms are reserved for Airbnb guests—one upstairs and one on your floor. The Airbnb room on your floor is usually unoccupied. Apart from that, there is only one person living in the room next to yours. He works for the real estate agency and is only at the house about three days a week.

The bond is equal to two weeks’ rent, and the minimum stay is three months.

The room can be rented by either a single person or a couple.

The house is fully furnished, but the TV is not included because it belongs to me and I will be taking it with me.

The house is clean, well maintained, and not a party house. At the same time, it is not a place with overly strict rules. Everyone respects each other’s privacy, nobody interferes with anyone else, and the atmosphere is quiet and respectful.

There is plenty of cupboard and shelf space for your belongings. The kitchen is also fully equipped, and you are welcome to use the kitchen utensils and appliances.

There are two bathrooms in the house, one upstairs and one downstairs, and you can use whichever one is available. The downstairs bathroom also includes the laundry area, with both a washing machine and a dryer.

The property also has a large backyard, which is ideal for storing bicycles or other personal belongings. However, it cannot be used as a parking space for a car.
