Description of the home

My apartment is located in the heart of Newtown, a 3 minute walk to Newtown station. It is split level and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so you would have your own bathroom. There are 3 balconies, with your own private balcony. The living area is large and fully furnished with a big balcony. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishwasher / microwave / washing machine / oven / flame gas hobs / large fridge. I have been living here for 6 years and it’s extremely cozy, clean and inviting which is what you want from a home.

The building has a little garden area available for use, complete with a BBQ area. The building is super quiet and you don't even really hear much noise coming from busy King Street. The best part about this apartment though is definitely the location!

We are literally seconds away from so many amazing restaurants and bars, we are close to a few parks and it only takes 15 minutes to get into the city.

I am letting my bedroom while I go back to the UK for 7 months. This may be extended, in which case I would give plenty of notice.
