Recently renovated house/kitchen with all the mod cons! Never have morning cold feet as all 3 bathrooms have underfloor heating and instant gas hot water. Bath tub for long soaks and a spare bedroom with WFH desk.

We are 30+ year old house hold, who enjoy drinking wine, tea & coffee. We only have the very occasional late house party, mainly just dinner & casual wines (please no crazy party peeps). We have a nice backyard and BBQ We have a compost bin, herb garden and lots of sunny spots to enjoy! We are truely a home and expect everyone to keep the house clean & organised.
Room is available for 1 year, as Im doing a RTW trip with my partner. Move in date can be slightly flexible! Earlier but not too much later!

Bills and expenses

We divide the bills equally, there is solar power during the day, quarterly all are approx- Spark $300, Gas- $150, Water $300, internet $210. Cleaner fortnightly $160. Sooo approx $400 every 3months (based off 3ppl)
