Description of the home
Large 5 bedroom house (1 of which we've converted into an office) with front and back garden areas. The house includes 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and a large garage (great for surf boards, bikes, golf clubs etc). We have friendly neighbours, a good relationship with our landlord and have lived here for 6 years.
We're in a great location, less than 10 minutes walk away from the beach and less than a minute walk to the nearest bus stop that takes you into the city. We also have a covered parking spot which is shared among us.
Room has become available because one of the housemates has taken the plunge and has decided to move in with his partner. You'll be living with 3 young professionals (3 guys) who are all mates and are looking for a new member of the house.

We're all laid back but like to keep the place clean and tidy. We've been in Sydney for 1.5-6 years and between us have a great friendship network who we like to socialise with, but are equally very inclusive.
We're very into activities - any and all sports. We also are big on cooking (at varying levels of ability) and have a weekly cooking rotation that our new housemate is welcome to join.
We all work 9-5's and generally do something active in the evening so are pretty quiet during the week and the weekends we'll all be out and about or just relaxing around the house!
