Large 5 bedroom house (1 of which we've converted into an office) with front and back garden areas. The house includes 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and a large garage (great for surf boards, bikes, golf clubs etc). Whoever rents the room is welcome to use the communal areas.
We're in a great location, less than 10 minutes walk away from the beach and less than a minute walk to the nearest bus stop that takes you into the city. We also have a covered parking spot which is shared among us.
Room has become available because one of the housemates has finally made the commitment to move out with his GF.
