Description of the home
This great pad on Ben Buckler point is 5min walk to North Bondi Bus Depot/Rocker and 3mins to the Beach/North Bondi Rocks (It's $1200pw and an even split :) ). I've been here 6 years and will never leave :) The whole apartment has just been freshly painted and the lounge/kitchen are fully furnished-the bathroom is very clean and looks great and the room will be empty however if need be can possibly put a bed in there. Although some minimal construction during weekdays (I still have the balcony doors open) after dark its super quiet and so peaceful. :) Also have a second fridge on the balcony so plenty of space for food, drinks etc :)

Hey, my name is Dan, I DJ 3 nights a week (so you'll have some nights to yourself in the pad) and split my work week between home and a Music production studio in Alexandria, I have a cute Toy Cav 2-4 nights a week and am super social however also enjoy my downtime. I cook alot, I already have Netflix/Kayo/Binge which I'm happy to cover moving forward. I walk the coast most days and have a large circle of friends here in Bondi however not a massive drinker thus never bring the party home :) I do enjoy the chill side of things when at home :)
