Home Description
Description of the home
Located on Ben Buckler Point, this is a sun drenched North Bondi apartment just a 3-minute walk to the beach/Rocks and 3 minutes to the North Bondi bus depot and local cafés. Rent is $1250 per week, split evenly, with some flexibility on date and $ for the right fit. I’ve been here for 7 years and absolutely love it.
The apartment has just been freshly painted, with fully furnished lounge and kitchen areas. The bathroom is modern and well-maintained, and the available room comes unfurnished (a bed can be arranged if needed). There is some light construction during weekdays, but it remains very livable (I still keep the balcony doors open), and it’s incredibly quiet and peaceful at night. There’s also a second fridge on the balcony, so plenty of space for food and drinks.
The location speaks for itself—two of Australia’s wealthiest residents live within 200m. It’s a great area, and the apartment has always attracted long-term, respectful housemates—I’m still good friends with many of them.
It's a cozy Oasis on the best street in the best suburb in Sydney ;-)

I’m into hiking, walking, swimming, and personal development. I also DJ and produce music, so you’ll typically have the place to yourself 2–3 nights a week. I don’t drink/party and I’m currently focused on studying and launching a new business.
(Also I have a car which I'm always happy to loan out)
I’m very respectful of personal space and easy to live with. I have great relationships with past flatmates and a strong circle of friends, so creating a comfortable, balanced home environment is important to me.
I cook a lot (usually too much), so I’m always happy to share meals. I also enjoy relaxed nights at home—especially with the balcony doors open in summer—and we’ve got a great gas heater that keeps the whole place warm in winter.
