It's a peaceful apartment with no common walls, soaked in sunshine, filled with plant friends and with all the mod cons - bath, laundry, linen, a fully equipped kitchen and the location is unbeatable!
Tucked away in a quieter section of North Bondi, it's a minute walk to coffee, shops and supermarket, and five minutes walk to Bondi Beach. There's all day street parking outside and public transport on the doorstep.
It's perfect for someone new to Sydney, visiting for work or catching up with friends and family and looking for a convenient, all set up home while they visit.

When I'm here I enjoy cooking, playing piano, reading or watching a show, or relaxing in the tub after work.
I sleep in the second bedroom but will be sharing the bathroom etc.
Always happy to share a wine if and when the urge strikes!
