Room for Rent – North Bondi

I’m subletting one room in my apartment in North Bondi. My current roommate is moving out, so the room will be available for a minimum 3-month stay, with the option to stay longer.

• 10-minute walk to Bondi Beach

• 8-minute walk to Woolworths, cafés, and local shops

Room Details

• Large bedroom – approx. 3.3 x 3.9m (the larger of the two bedrooms)

Apartment Features

• Well-equipped kitchen with air fryer, brand-new fridge (arriving in around 2 weeks), and all essential appliances, cookware, and dining ware

• Vacuum cleaner

• Outdoor clothesline

• High-speed Wi-Fi

• Shared bathroom with bathtub/shower

• Free on-street parking (no permit required)

Laundry

There is currently no washing machine. I’m planning to install one soon.

• Laundromat approx. 8-minute walk

Rent

• $510 per week (single), excluding bills

• $600 per week (couple), excluding bills


• Rent paid monthly in advance

• Bond: 4 weeks’ rent

Requirements

• Minimum stay: 3 months

• No room sharing with friends

• No full-time work from home

From Saturday 28 February 2026
(Some flexibility before or after this date for the right person)

Parking
Free street parking available on surrounding streets, no permit required.

About Me

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me. I work full-time, so I’m fairly busy during the week. Outside of work I enjoy catching up with friends, travelling, going out to restaurants, movies, and TV.

I’m clean, friendly, quiet, and respectful. Happy to socialise if that’s the vibe, but also comfortable doing my own thing.

The lounge room furniture shown is current. The fridge pictured is the existing one and will be replaced with brand new one prior to the new roommate moving in. Additional furniture will also be organised before move-in.
